Oliver Sawi will be giving his General exam defense.
Garrett Smith will be giving his General Exam defense with two portions entitled “Interactive activation and noisy-channel models of sentence parsing” and “Grouping effects in language and vision.”
Karl Lerud will be giving his General Exam defense entitled “Nonlinear frequency components in physiology and perception”.
Pete Molfese and Gitte Joergensen will be giving a presentation entitled “Eye Trackers, tDCS, and TMS, Oh My: An introduction to new equipment at the BIRC”.
Hannah Morrow will be presenting her undergraduate research in a talk entitled “The Effect of Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation and Motor Engagement on Flexible Object Use”.
